摘　　要： 通过对实地研究概念和优势的分析,指出实地研究很好地协调了科学性与人文性的辩证统一关系,这正是医学人文学目前发展所需要的。同时,也提示实地研究对各技术关键点有其独特要求,对于医学人文学实地研究的相关风险要有充分认识,才能真正发挥其"脚踏实地"的优势,让学科焕发新的生命力。 By dissecting its concept and advantages, this essay claims field researches can effectively coordinate scientific perspective with humanistic perspective in a research, which is urgently needed in medical humanistic research to confront current challenges. Meanwhile, the essay points out critical technical requests in each phase of field researches and several risks embedded in the method, which should be handled carefully to achieve all the benefits that the methodology proposed to deliver in a medical humanistic research.
