摘　　要： 经典的污名化理论对污名做了分类但没有阐明各类污名之间的关系。随着医学人类学兴起,艾滋病污名与社会身份污名的交互现象进入了人们的视野。研究表明,不同种类的污名具有传递性和交互性,在一定条件下有可能相互作用、吸收彼此的社会文化内涵,甚至通过交互作用再生出新的污名。这些规律和特点在艾滋病污名中表现得尤其突出,不利于有效解决业已存在相关的社会问题。 The classic theories of stigmatization have classified different types of stigmas. However, there is no elaboration on how dif- ferent types of stigmas interact. Along with the development of medical anthropology, the interactive phenomenon between AIDS stigma and social identity stigmas has caught people＇s attention. Based on the review of relevant international literature, this paper focuses on the interaction of stigmas during the development of AIDS stigma in China. Structures, reproduction and social effects of the interaction between disease stigma and social identity stigmas are analyzed.
