摘　　要： 工业和流通业的发展存在阶段性的互动关系,流通业发展的理想状态是适应并推动工业化的发展,因而厘清流通业扩张的影响因素并分析其效应对于促进工业与流通业的协调发展具有重要作用。以流通企业利润最大化和流通产业边际费用最小化作为研究的两条主线,以宏观的流通技术、生产技术、市场化程度和微观的企业因素为研究视角,对在工业化进程中影响流通业扩张的因素及产生的生产营销费用、流通经营费用和消费者搜寻费用等进行经济学分析,对于加速工业化进程及推动流通业的发展具有一定的理论指导意义。 There is a phasic interaction of improvement between industry and commodity circulation.The ideal state for the development of circulation is to adapt and promote the development of industrialization.Thus,it plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of industry and commodity circulation to clarify the influence factor of circulation expansion and analyze its effects.This paper makes use of maximizing the profits of distribution firm and minimizing the marginal costs of circulation industry as two main research lines,views the macroscopic circulation technology,production technology and marketing degree and microscopic enterprises as research perspectives,and makes an economic analysis of the factors affecting the expansion of circulation during industrialization,production and marketing costs,circulation operating costs and consumer searching costs,which is of theoretical significance in accelerating the progress of industrialization and the development of circulation.
