摘　　要： 近十多年以来，执行功能已成为心理学研究的热点和前沿。认知灵活性是执行功能的主要成分，而认知灵活性在个体能力的发展和对环境适应的协调方面也起着重要作用。 Recently decade ,executive function has been the research focus. Cognitive flexibility is main component of executive function, which means that individual will give corresponding and proper responses in mind and behavior with appearance of new scenes. So, it plays an important role for individual in ability development and interaction effectively with the environment. And it also is an essential content of education for all-round development.
