摘　　要： 我国医学界近期接连多次发生论文被撤稿的事件，这些事件已经给医学界带来了较多的负面影响和较大的冲击，导致其产生的外部原因主要包括我国的学术人员评价标准单一、学术组织奖惩与评议制度不全、行政权力侵害学术权力等。因此，提出改进对策，包括在我国实施改革医学领域学术评价体系、改革医务人员职称和薪酬体系、改革学术奖励惩罚制度、强化医学学术研究过程管理以及强化对有组织枪手公司的社会管理等一系列有效措施。 Recently, a spate of events on Chinese authors~ papers being retracted in international medical journals has brought many negative impacts on Chinese medical community. This paper discussed the external causes including monotonous evaluation criteria for academic staff, unsound reward and punishment rules and appraisal system in academic organizations, infringement of the administrative power to the academic power, etc.. It argued the improvement countermeasures should involve the reforms in the academic evaluation system of medical sector, medical personnel promotion system, as well as scholarship reward and punishment system, strengthening of the process management of medical research and improve the social governance of organized ghostwriter companies.
