摘　　要： 该文从党章是党的根本大法出发，论述了党章要真正发挥作用在相当程度上取决于党员的党章意识的确立与强化。文章认为党章意识是党员意识的一种，居于首要地位，具有鲜明的时代特征。党章意识是在组织影响、教育熏陶和个人社会实践中逐渐形成的。要始终把学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章作为一项重大任务抓紧抓好，这是党员党章意识养成的重要路径。 The Party Constitution is the fundamental law of the Communist Party of China （CPC）..The full displaying of the Party Constitution＇ s role depends to a considerable extent on the setting up and enhancement of the awareness of the Party Constitution among CPC members. So fostering awareness of the Party Constitution is of great significance. The awareness of the Party Constitution is a way to display the consciousness of the Party membership, among which it takes the leading position and has a clear-cut characteristic of times. The awareness of the Party Constitution is formed gradually by means of CPC organizations＇ influence, education, and individual social practice. Be sure to always put this on top agenda and make every effort to do it well： Learning the Party Constitution, abiding by the Party Constitution, implementing the Party Constitution and safeguarding the Party Constitution. This is the critical path for the fostering of the awareness of the Party Constitution among CPC members.
