摘　　要： 通过全面收集整理民国四川针灸名医尧天民的相关文章和著作,运用医史文献学方法,考证其生平事迹,发掘其著作的学术特点和价值。他在民国时期为四川地区培养了一大批针灸人才,其著作《中国针灸医学》内容丰富,中西医理相参,临证强调审病求因,据理取穴,分经定部,据效定穴;针刺补泻注重实效,儿科诊症尤重望诊,小儿推拿各法施宜。他对针灸课程的构设,针灸、针推、针药等结合均作了有益的探索,值得进一步研究。 The related articles and works of the famons expert of ecupuncture Yao Tian-min in the Republic of China in Sichuan were collected to study the story all his life and uncover the academic feature and value of his work by applying the research methods of documentics of medical history. He cultivated a vast array of talents of acupuncture for Sichuan in the Republic of China. His work was rich in contents and integrated Western medicine theory into Chinese medicine. He emphasized that acupoints should be selected according to the etiology and pathogenesis and meridian attached to different disease; improving curative effect by acupuncture reinforcing-reducing;inspection and massaget is important for pediatric therapy. He made great exploration about establishment of acupuncture course,integration of acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and massage,and acupuncture and Chinese herbs,which deserres further research.
