摘　　要： 文章阐述了我国医疗服务价格管理的发展历程和相关政策;探讨了我国公立医院医疗服务价格存在的主要问题:定价主体较单一,成本核算不够科学,医疗服务价格偏离成本和价值,内部比价欠合理,调整不够及时,价格监管尚不到位等;提出了要引入多方谈判机制,完善成本核算体系,改革支付方式,落实价格监管,分级定价,引导患者合理分流等相关建议。 It elaborated the developing process and related policy about the management of medical service prices;discussed the main problems in medical service prices existed in public hospitals of China;the main body of pricing was too simple,the cost accounting was not scientific,medical service price was deviated from the cost and value.The internal price ratio was unreasonable,the adjustment was not in time and price supervision was not in place;proposed that it needed to introduce multi-party mechanism,implement cost accounting system,reform payment mode,allocate price supervision,classification pricing and leading reasonable distribution for patients.
