摘　　要： 以机构公共信息导向系统设计中图形标志所涵盖的内容和特点为启示，分析了特色化设计潮流对标准化应用的冲击和影响，提出了机构导向系统中特色化图形标志的设计应在遵循国际相关设计标准的基础上，提取与环境共鸣的图形元素，结合与机构产品（或服务）相关的形象特征，挖掘与机构地域相融的图形符号，体现与机构文化交融的情感意蕴，以满足识别性和特色化发展的需要。 Based on grasping contents and traits of the logo in guide system design of institutions public information, it analyzed the infects of the specialized design trends to the standardized application, concluded that the specialized logo design based on obeying the related international design standards, found graphic elements being sympathetic response to its environment, seeked out figure feathers correlated with products or services of institutions, looked for image signs amalgamated with the region, and embodied the agency culture, to meet be recognizable and unique development.
