摘 要: 目的通过对某校中医护理本科毕业生就业期望与实际就业状况进行调查比较,及时发现护生就业方面的潜在问题,为学校更有效地开展职业指导等相关工作提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,用自行设计并经预实验校正的问卷对中医护理专业2005届与2006届护理本科毕业生在离校前就业地区、就业行业或医院级别、就业收入的期望以及在这3方面的实际就业状况进行调查。发放问卷92份,回收有效问卷86份,有效率为93%,用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学处理。结果护理毕业生对就业地区的期望与就业实际状况差异无统计学意义;对行业及就业医院级别的期望、薪金水平的期望与就业实际状况差异有统计学意义。结论中医护理本科生对就业地区期望基本符合实际状况,对行业及就业医院级别以及就业收入的期望值偏高,建议学校对护生加强就业现实和准确就业定位方面的相关指导,使护生自主调节就业期望值,树立正确的就业观。 Objective To supply basis for more effective occupational guidance by studying the gap between the expectation and the reality of nursing undergraduate's employment. Methods By sampling, the self-desigued questionnaire which was revised according to experience was used to investigate the nursing undergraduates of TCM in Grades 2005 and 2006 of a university in respect of employment region, occupation, class of hospital and expected incomes. 92 pieces of the questionnaire were handed out, 86 collected, with an effectiveness rate of 93%. The data collected were treated with SPSSll.5. Results There was no difference in the region for employment, but the gap was significant between their expectation and their reality with regard to occupation, salary and the class of hospital. Conclusion The expectation of nursing undergraduates of TCM about region for employment almost accords to the reality, but they have higher expectations about the class of hospital and the salary. It is suggested that schools should enhance the guidance for real situation of employment, adjusting them to the reality of employment.
