摘　　要： 校企合作长效机制创新难,其中一个重要环节是创新路径不畅。我国职业教育校企合作深刻变革最为重要的体现,是政府、行业、企业、院校在角色、责任和行为模式等方面的创新与发展。在分析我国职业教育校企合作机制创新现状和国外校企合作长效机制成功经验后,构建我国职业教育校企合作长效机制的创新路径:加强国家层面的引导机制,建立地方层面的激励、监督和约束机制,落实行业层面的执行机制;明确校企合作中的政府责任,重构行业、企业和学校的责任;通过改革创新办学体制、建立共同治理模式、完善过程管理模式等创新校企合作模式。 It is so difficult to innovate long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, because the paths are not reasonable currently. In this revolution, the most important factors are the changes of role, responsibility and action mode by the government, industry, enterprises and institutions. So the paper attempts to rebuild the following innovative paths for school-enterprise cooperation based on analysis on successful experience abroad and current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in China： strengthening national guidance, build local inspiration, monitoring and control mechanism, and carry through implementation mechanism in industrial level; clarify the governmental responsibility, rebuild the responsibilities of industries, enterprises and schools; innovate school-enterprise cooperation model by reforming school-running mechanism, building common governance model and optimize process management model.
