摘　　要： 少数民族特色村寨的保护与发展具有十分重大的价值意义,近年来已被纳入国家战略展开实施.少数民族特色村寨的保护与发展应该坚持依法、政府主导、多方参与、积极、人本、完整、保护与发展、尊重习惯等基本原则,这些基本原则是少数民族特色村寨保护与发展工程展开的灵魂、核心,是指导工程运行的根本准则. The protection and development of villages with minority characteristics is of great significance, it has been incorporated into national strategies to implement in recent years. The basic principles such as by operation of laws, government guiding, participatory of multiple parties, positive, people -centered, integrity, and respect for the customs etc. should be adhered as they are the soul and core as well as the essential guiding regulation in the works of protection and development of villages with minority characteristics.
