参展商参展决策研究——以东莞展览会为例

摘  要: 本文以展览业发达的东莞为研究样地,探究参展商参展决策权衡、评估的主要因素以及类型各异的参展商不同的参展决策。研究表明,参展商参展决策主要是对主办方、专业观众、同行参展商、举办地、外在因素这5个指标权衡、评估的过程,其中主办方的声誉、交通、展览会举办区域是参展商参展决策最重要的3个因素。从决策过程来看,参展商分为理智型、大众型、尝试型3种类型。 This paper, taking 4 trade shows hosted at Dongguan city as examples, studies the exhibition participation decision-making variables of exhibitors. The study indicates that the influencing var/ables of participation decision-making for exhibitors are categorized into organizer, visitors, exhibitors, host city, and external factors. Reputation of the organizer, transportations, and host area are the most important three factors for exhibitors to attend exhibitions. The finding also shows exhibitors towards decision- making process have 3 categories, namely; highly rational ones, popular ones and experimental ones.
