摘 要: 公共数字文化服务是政府主导实施的以满足民众基本文化需求的公共服务。文章以问卷调查方式调查民众对公共数字文化服务的认知、需求、使用、满意度等,发现民众需求是公共数字文化发展的内在动力;分析公共数字文化建设存在的问题,提出相应建议。 Public digital culture service is a kind of public services oriented by government. In this article,the authors present an overlook of people's cognition,demands,usage condition and satisfaction about public digital culture service based on a questionnaire survey. They also indicate that citizen's needs are endogenous stimulus for the development of public digital culture and analyze the problems aroused during the public digital culture construction. Finally,recommendations are presented.
