摘　　要： 为了解国际学术期刊库在使用过程中的中美差别,选择中山大学与美国加州大学所使用的Wiley-Black-well期刊库为研究对象,分别比较了访问次数、全文次数、核心需求刊物分布与稳定性、高影响因子刊物使用量、各学科主题刊物使用量、投入费用合理性等方面的使用情况。通过实证比较,可为出版商、图书馆、读者提供参考作用。 To understand the Sino-US differences in the use of international academic journal database,this paper selects Sun Yat-sen University and the University of California＇s Wiley-Blackwell journal database as example and compares the session,full-text（Pdf＋Html）,distribution and stability of the core needs of the publication,use of high impact factor publications,use of all subjects publications,and reasonable cost,ect of the two universities.The empirical study on the usage of the database can provide a reference for publishers,libraries and readers.
