摘　　要： 以中山大学图书馆中西日俄文期刊回溯建库为例,从ILAS系统功能模块的应用,获取MARC数据源,确定书目标准与馆藏信息加工标准,质量监控等四方面介绍回溯建库经验。提出要善于使用系统功能模块及MARC数据资源;注意多语种、多馆藏地点和连续出版物的特殊性等因素以及业务外包要注意的质量监控问题。 Taking backtrace database construction for Chinese and Spanish in Sun Yat -Sen University Libraries as an example, the paper introduces the practice of the library from 4 aspects. Then the paper shows that the system and MARC database need be fully used, and special attention ought to be paid to the factors such as languages, storing locations and particularities of serial publications. In the end, the document quality needs to be well controlled in course of outsourcing.
