摘　　要： 根据大型文献数字化项目信息组织主体的性质和目的差异,将其分为政府机构、行业协会等非营利机构、文化遗产保护机构和IT公司四种类型,并分析各类主体的定位、特点及相关实践。分析总结得出统一规范的信息组织标准体系、工作人员的专业技能、信息组织成果的质量控制、资金与技术的保障是促进大型文献数字化项目信息组织发展的关键,也是各类主体重要性评判的参考。 According to different natures and objectives, this paper divides the subjects of information organization of mass digi tization projects into four types, such as the government for management, the industry association ＆ nomprofit organization for providing guidelines, the cultural heritage protection organization for practice and IT company for financial and technological support. It also explores their orientations, characteristics and related assessment practices. The paper finds uniform criteria, professional skills of information organization, quality control of information organization results and protections of finance and technology are the keys to the development of information organization of mass digitization proiects, and they are also the main standards to judge the importance of these subjects.
