摘　　要： 区划调整后,新惠城以中部工业经济圈更好更快发展为契机,打造新的工业经济增长极、加快工业经济转型升级、实现城市化与工业化良性互动的需求愈发迫切。但也面临要素支撑有待加强、园区建设有待提速、公共服务平台有待完善、区域品牌有待突破的瓶颈制约。推动惠城区工业经济圈更好更快发展,必然要求创新理念,突破瓶颈,规避园区产业同构,强化项目带动作用,转型升级传统产业,培育发展新兴产业。 To make a new growth pole,accelerate the transition to upgrade,and get benign interaction between urbanization and industrialization,promoting better and faster development of industrial economic circle has become the Huicheng district＇s urgent need since administrative adjustment.But factor backup,industrial park construction,public service platform and regional brand constitute bottlenecks.It necessarily calls for bringing forth new ideas,breaking through bottlenecks,evading regional industrial isomorphism,increasing driving role of large projects,accelerating traditional industries＇transition to upgrade,cultivating and developing emerging industries.
