民办学校可持续发展的战略路径

摘  要: 要促进民办学校的可持续发展,我国民办学校、教育行政部门和教育领导者必须以遵循并实现公正性、延续性、共同性为原则与导向。公正性要求我们遵循利益世代非减和利益当代非减的原则;延续性要求促进民办学校教师和学生素质、能力的持续发展,并不断保持和建设民办学校的自身特色;共同性要求将构建民办学校与社区、家长的和谐学习共同体与优化配置、综合利用民办教育资源和推动公办、民办学校的和谐发展三者相结合。 In order to promote sustainable development of non-governmental schools, the school themselves, education administrative department and education leaders of our country have to follow three strategic paths as their principles and guidance: impartiality, continuity, and commonality. First, the impartiality of sustainable development in non-governmental schools demands that we should keep to the principle of not reducing the interests of following generations and our contemporary generation. Second, the continuity of sustainable development in non-governmental dchools includes the sustainable development of their teachers" and students" quality and ability, and continuous maintenance and construction with their own features. Last, the commonality of sustainable development in mon-governmental schools refers to the combination of constructing harmonious learning communities between schools and parents, optimizing allocation, utilizing education resources comprehensively, and promoting the harmonious development of public and non-governmental schools.
