摘 要: 作为一种常见的广告语篇,招聘广告在人们的社会生活和交往中占有重要的地位。本文从《广州日报》、《南方都市报》和《前程无忧》等报刊中选取了30篇招聘广告,从宏观上理出了该语篇的体裁图式结构。然后在此基础上,文章通过对不同语步和步骤的分析,挖掘出了该体裁的双重交际目的:宣传和劝说,揭示了招聘方和应聘方之间的权力关系。 As a popular sub-genre of advertisement discourse, the employment advertisement plays an important role in people' s life and communication. This paper selects 30 employment advertisements from Guangzhou Daily, Nanfang Daily and South Metropolis News and summarizes their global schematic structures. Based upon this, the paper reveals the communicative purposes of employment advertisements as well as the power relationship between employers and employees through the analysis of moves and steps.
