摘　　要： 作为一种典型的政治语篇,《人民日报》元旦社论曾在中国的发展过程中发挥了重要的作用,但随着中国社会的变迁,其内容和功能也发生了转变。本文在总结前人对元旦社论研究的基础上,结合Bhatia(2004)的多视角分析模式和Fairclough(1992)关于互文性的解释,提出了从语篇、话语和社会三个维度展开的分析框架。采用该框架,本文从历时的角度出发,剖析了新中国成立以来(1949—2013)的65篇元旦社论,以此探索了中国社会的变迁及其反映出来的中国社会关系的转变。 As a typical kind of political discourse, the New Year editorials （ hereafter the NYEs） of People＇ s Daily once played an important role in the development of China, but their contents and functions have been shifting with the social chan- ges of this country. The present paper, after summarizing the previous studies on NYEs, puts forward a new analytical frame- work by integrating Bhatia＇ s muhi-perspective model and Fairclough＇ s conceptualization of intertextuality. By applying this model, the paper carries out a diachronic analysis of 65 NYEs （1949--2013） from the textual, discursive, and social dimen- sions, and hereby explores in depth the alterations of society and the changes of social relations in China.
