摘　　要： 为纪念中华人民共和国诞辰60周年，推进马克思主义经济学研究和理论创新，促进社会主义市场经济健康发展，由中国社会科学院经济研究所、《经济研究》编辑部与华南师范大学经济与管理学院联合主办、华南市场经济研究中心协办的全国第三届“马克思主义经济学发展与创新论坛”于2009年12月25—27日在华南师范大学举行。 Starting from the orientation, function and performance of the vocational education in the whole economic society of Germany, six distinct characteristics of Germany＇ s two-track vocational training system are summarized. Furthermore the main different situation between China and Germany are analyzed in construction of those both vocational education systems. Finally inspirations of developing vocational education fast during ＂The Eleventh Five Plan＂ in China are proposed.
