摘　　要： 本文通过运用灰色关联分析的方法,对因素进行分析,建立了数学模型,以华南理工大学为例,对该校图书馆包括外国教材中心在内的外文图书库的服务质量的影响因素进行了分析,最终量化结果。针对量化结果,有利于提高和改进高校图书馆外文图书库服务质量。 In this paper, by the gray relational analysis method, we have established a mathematical model according to factor analysis. We made a study of the materials center which includes foreign language books in our school library, and analyzed the impact of library service quality factors. The final results are quantified. The quantitative results will help us improve the lending rate of the foreign language books in our university library.
