摘　　要： 随着信息技术应用的不断深入，企业越来越难以孤立于其价值链之外，而是逐渐演变成为各自供应链上的节点，供应链的管理也必须实行集成整合，以对物流、决策流、资金流进行有效地控制和协调。实践表明，农产品供应链必须依托网络信息技术，纵向优化，横向集成，并逐渐形成行业、区域性的中心节点——网络集成式电子商务平台，使资源和信息实行共享，整体资源得到优化，并通过实现成员间的连接和与目标终端用户之间的连接，促使各成员共同创建新的利润空间。 With the proliferation of e-marketplace, enterprises are more and more difficult to be isolated from their value-chain, but become nodes on their supply-chains. Practices of SCM had shown that supply chain of agricultural production should rely on IT and become optimized vertically and integrated longitudinally as well, so that information of the supply chain can be shared and all the resources become utilized.
