摘　　要： 对我国国内企业政治行为的理论、企业政治行为的分类与策略、企业政治行为的绩效、企业政治行为的影响因素及其规范性研究的文献进行归纳和梳理,结果表明,现阶段我国对国内企业政治行为的研究存在相关理论研究不足、对当代西方相关的成果借鉴不够、缺乏对规范企业政治行为措施的有效性研究等方面的缺陷。企业和政府都应正视企业政治行为这个问题,在未来的研究上,国内学者也应重视对这个领域的研究。 On inducing and teasing China＇s domestic corporate political behavior theory, corporate political behavior classification and strategies, corporate political behavior performance, the influencing factors and normative research literature of corporate political behavior, results show that research about corporate political behavior in china exists defects on insufficient relevant theory research, insufficient contemporary western results reference, lack of effectiveness of the study about measures of standardizing corporate political behavior. Business and government should face up to the problem of corporate political behavior, and in the future research, the domestic scholars should pay attention to this research field.
