摘 要: 义务教育均衡发展体现了一种追求公平的思想,同时也是我国教育资源配置的一个原则。本文以湖北省义务教育生均经费为主要考察对象,分析了该地区近五年义务教育均衡发展的状况,发现当地教育投入的城乡差距和地区差距并没有明显改善。同时在实证分析和理论分析的基础上,从义务教育供给质量和效率方面提出了对策建议。 By its value, the balanced development of compulsory education embodies the idea of pursuing equity and the principle of the allocating resources. The author analyzes some problems which engendered in the progress of balanced development of compulsory education, and points out that there exists serious imbalance in educational investment between urban and rural areas. Based on the theoretical and statistical analysis, the article proposes some strategies for balanced development of compulsory education.
