摘　　要： 综合国内外学者对创业能力与大学生创业能力模型的相关研究成果,构建了大学生创业能力金字塔结构模型。该模型包括六个维度的能力,即自我效能、知识及专业技能、学习和创新能力、机会识别能力、人际关系能力以及组织与管理能力,并对这六个能力维度进行了深入的分析。 By combining past researches at home and abroad on the entrepreneurial competencies model of both college students and non-college students,the paper builds a pyramid structure model of college students entrepreneurial competencies. The model includes the competences of six dimensions,namely personal effectiveness competences,knowledge and professional competences,learning and creative competences,opportunity identifying and exploitation competences,communication skills,as well as organizational and managerial competences,and indepth analyses of the six competences are conducted.
