摘 要: 中国国内和东道国双重制度环境对中国跨国企业海外非市场战略选择(缓冲战略、搭桥战略)的影响表明:中国经济转型期的渐进式特征与中国跨国企业海外搭桥战略正相关。中国经济转型期的试验式特征与中国跨国企业海外缓冲战略正相关。东道国政府权力集中程度与中国跨国企业海外搭桥战略正相关,与中国跨国企业海外缓冲战略负相关。东道国政府的信用与中国跨国企业海外搭桥战略负相关。此外,中国政府的支持力度也影响着中国跨国企业海外非市场战略的选择。 This paper studies on the overseas non-marketing strategies(buffering strategy,bridging strategy) of Chinese multinational enterprises influenced by both Chinese institutional environment and the domestic institutional environment of host countries. The results show that:there is positive correlation between the influence of the characteristic of asymptotic of Chinese economic transition and bridging strategy; positive correlation exists between the influence of the characteristic of test of Chinese economic transition and buffering strategy; degree of power concentration of host countries has positive correlation with bridging strategy,but negative correlation with buffering strategy; negative correlation exists between the credit of host government and bridging strategy. Moreover,the support of Chinese government also exerts some influence on the choices of Chinese multinational enterprises ' overseas non-market strategy.
