范式转变中的全球价值链整合与中国企业战略管理——第八届中国战略管理学者论坛观点述评

摘  要: 第八届中国战略管理学者论坛以"全球价值链整合与中国企业战略管理"为主题,从复杂制度情境、动态竞争情境与互联网变革三个重要的战略背景出发,对范式转变中全球价值链整合的战略选择进行了丰富而富有启发性的探讨,同时上工申贝、广东新宝电器和美的集团的经验也为范式转变中全球价值整合与中国企业战略管理的理论和实践提供了一定的借鉴意义。 The 8th Symposium of Chinese Strategic Management Scholars took "' Integration of Global V atue- chain and Strategic Management" as its theme. It has been an enlightening discussion of strategic choices of global value-chain integration from the strategic contexts of complex institutional environment, dynamic competitive environment, and changes enabled by the Intemet. At the same time, Shanghai Shenbei, Guangdong Xinbao, and Midea also shared their best practices of global value-chain integration activities, and provided important implication for both theory and practice. Three research themes are mainly discussed. First, complex institutional context and global value chain integra- tion. This stream includes topics such as institutional complexity, institutional logic and strategic choices, cognitive process and strategic choice, legitimacy based view and strategic choice, institutional knowledge and strategic choice. Second, dynamic competitive environment and the global value chain integration. This stream includes topics such as global value chain integration and firm upgrading,international strategic entrepreneurship and Chinese management theory,latecomer firms' catch up and Chinese research methods, and also some other hot topic. Third, internet revolution and global value chain integration. This stream mainly includes topics such as challenges to the existing management theories in the "weak ties" world. Three firms are presented to show their main practice on the topic of global value chain integration. First, Dr Jihua Ding presented the global strategy and their value chain integration activities of Shang Gong Group Co. , Ltd. Headquartered in Lujiazui, Pudong New District of Shanghai, the company now has more than 30 branches and subsidiary companies, including 15 overseas enterprises. Second, Mr. Wet Wang, the vice president of operations of Guangdong Xinbao Electrical Appliance Co. , Ltd. , introduced a new strategic management practices under the background of global value chain int
