摘　　要： 制度创新是一个国家崛起的必要条件。我国的制度创新包括社会主义市场经济体制的创新、中国民主政治建设的创新等。只要我们坚持以制度创新作为强大的发展动力，中国的和平崛起就将成为历史必然。 System innovation is an important condition for the rise of a country. Our country＇s system innovation includes the innovation of the socialist and the democratic politic construction of market economic system. Only we insist in taking the system innovation as the powerful developing motive force can China＇s peaceful rise be the historic necessity.
