摘 要: “和谐”是传统儒家文化的主轴之一,更是如今中国社会的重要发展方向。然而,关于人际和谐这一概念的内涵和构成,至今仍缺少足够的研究论据,特别是在组织内部的人际和谐方面,相关研究十分稀少。首先对组织人际和谐的相关文献进行探讨。继而透过定性、定量结合的方法,建构了组织人际和谐的概念模型和测量工具。发现组织人际和谐是由同事和谐、上下级和谐、整体和谐三个维度构成的复合结构;同时,开发的组织人际和谐量表,也通过了探索性因子分析(EFA)和验证性因子分析(CFA)的检验,具有一定的信度和效度。 "Harmony" is not only one of the most important values in traditional Chinese culture, but also a trend of development in modem Chinese society. However, studies about harmony are very limited and lacking of reliably empirical process. This research reviewed recent studies about interpersonal harmony, and tried to propose an exploratory model of organizational interpersonal harmony. Through qualitative and quantitative studies, the paper proposed that organizational interpersonal harmony has three dimensions: peers harmony, leader-member harmony, and overall harmony. The Organizational Interpersonal Harmony Scale (OIHS) developed by the study has also been proved to be reliable and valid for future researches.
