摘　　要： 基于丈献研究构建节能服务产业秩序与治理绩效的关系模型，并以广东地区企业为背景进行实证检验，分析制度秩序和市场秩序对节能服务产业治理总体绩效和不同维度因子的影响程度。结构方程模型分析结果表明，制度秩序和市场秩序对节能服务产业治理绩效具有显著正向影响，而且制度秩序还通过影响市场秩序间接影响节能服务产业治理绩效，是节能服务产业治理绩效的根本性因素。 Based on the literature review, the paper develops the relationship model between industrial order and govern ance performance in energy service industry. An empirical test is conducted by using company data of Guangdong area, and the results of structural equation modeling reveal that both institution and market orders have positive impacts on energy service industry governance performance; meanwhile, institution order has a positive indirect impact on energy service in dustry governance performance through market order.
