摘　　要： 广东省构建社会主义和谐社会的主要矛盾依然是人民日益增长的物质文化需要同相对落后的社会生产之间的矛盾。只有以科学发展观为统揽,使广东省经济更好更快地发展,不断增强综合实力,不断增加社会物质财富,执政强省才有稳固根基,解决社会矛盾和满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需要才有现实可能,构建社会主义和谐社会才有坚实的基础。未来广东省经济在发展方向、发展重点和发展目标上需要进行战略性调整,要更加注重以人为本,民生优先。战略重点应放在"三民"上:一是富民;二是惠民;三是安民,这样才能实现建设经济强省、文化大省、法制广东、和谐社会的战略目标。 Economic development is the theme constructing socialistic harmonious society, only if the eonomic maintain growth can the harmonious society realized. The main contradiction of constructing the harmonious society in Guangdong remains the people＇s increasing material and cultural needs against backward social productivity. Only by taking on the scientific development concept, making better and faster growth of the economy, enhancing social material wealth, can the governance of the province be solid and the main comtradiction mentioned above solved, thereafter, can the foundation of constructing the socialistic harmonious society be solid. The future development orientation, priority and goal should undertake a strategic adjustment;it should be people oriented, and make prime comcern of people＇s principles, making people wealth, benefit and secure, only in this way can the goal of building a province of strong economy, culture, perfect legal system, and harmonious society e realized.
