摘　　要： 基于交换理论对小组贷款内生稳定机制进行研究,深入研究小组组长与小组规范等对小组成员行为的约束力,从而完善小组贷款稳定性机制。实证分析表明在小组贷款中,组长对小组组员的行为约束力较低,小组成员更重视成员间实质性的物质支持,深受是否能持续借款的约束,而对情感交流重视程度较低。提出贷款机构实施联保制度时,保持小组会议机制,明确联保协议及法律规定的相关要求,充分发挥小组会议及相关契约的规范作用。 Research on the endogenous stability mechanism of group lending based on exchange theory, in depth research team leader and group norms and other binding force on the behavior of the team members,so as to improve the stability of the group lending mechanism. Empirical analysis shows that in the group the team leader is less binding to the team members. Team members pay more attention to the substantive material support among the members, constraints by whether or not to continue borrowing, and less attention to emotional exchange. Put forward that when loan institutions implement guarantee system, maintain group meeting mechanism, explicit guarantee protocol and relevant requirements of law, give full play to the regulatory role of group meetings and related contracts.
