摘　　要： 护士职业危害是影响护士身心健康及护理服务质量的重要因素。文章对护士职业危害以及护理人力资源、组织环境因素对护士职业危害影响的有关文献进行综述，旨在为进一步的研究探讨和采取措施减少护士职业危害提供依据。 The occupational hazards to nurses are important factors which may influence the physical and mental health of nurses, and further more influence the quality of care the nurses providing to patients. This article reviewed the occupational hazards to nurses and the related factors in organizational environments and nursing human resources, so as to provide references for further studies and evidence for taking measures to prevent occupational hazards to clinical nurses.
