摘　　要： 经济社会发展变化，人才需求也相应发生变化。职业院校应该用供给侧改革思路指导学生的职业核心能力培养，从思想定位、课程教学、师资建设、实训实习和校园文化等方面探索职业核心能力培养的有效途径，在加强专业技能培养的同时，注重培养学生适应社会变化、可持续发展的能力，以教育改革带动我国劳动力供给新发展。 With the Changes of economic and social development, the demand for talent is also changing. Vocation-al colleges should under the Supply Side Reform concept to guide the students' the professional core competencies training. The article analyses foundation of professional core ability training, the ideological orientation, curriculum teaching, teachers, training practice and the campus culture and proposes several training requirements.
