摘 要: 以茂石化煤制氢的高碳煤渣为研究对象,采用粒度分析仪、SEM、XRD等测试手段对煤渣的理化性质进行分析和表征;并采用机械活化提高煤渣粉活性。结果表明:煤渣的化学成分主要为SiO_2和Al_2O_3,两者合计为81.98%;通过机械粉磨煤渣粉活性可达到110.8%;掺量为10%,粉磨时间为60min时,水泥7d和28d胶砂抗压/抗折强度最大。 In this paper,Maoming Petrochemical hydrogen-carbon coal cinder as the research object,using particle size analyzer,SEM,XRD and other testing methods to analyze and characterize the physical and chemical properties of cinder,and improve activity of cinder powder by mechanical activation.The results show that:the chemical composition of coal cinder is mainly SiO_2 and A1_2O_3,the total amount is 81.98%.The activity of cinder powder could reach 110.8%by mechanical grinding.When content of coal cinder is 10%and grinding time is 60 min,cement 7d and 28 d mortar compressive/flexural strength is highest.
