摘 要: 薪酬激励是以独立学院为代表的应用型大学综合改革的重要环节。本文以独立学院为例,阐述了薪酬激励对于应用型大学教育事业发展的作用与意义、独立学院薪酬激励的问题与不足,针对独立学院改革发展实际,从薪酬体系设计、结构设计、支付设计等不同角度探讨了独立学院薪酬激励的设计方法,并指出巧妙加薪与控制成本是独立学院薪酬激励的实施策略。 Compensation incentive is an important link of comprehensive reform in application-oriented universities which is represented by independent colleges.In this paper,we expound the important effects and significance of compensation incentive to the development of education in application-oriented universities,and outline the deficiencies of compensation incentive in independent colleges.Furthermore,according to the innovation and development reality of independent colleges,we discuss the design methods of compensation incentive based on compensation system,structure and payment.In addition,we point out the implementation strategies of compensation incentive by increasing pay skillfully and controlling costs.
