摘 要: A PRESSURE VIBRATION INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, IN WHICH A PERIODICAL SHEAR FIELD WAS IMPOSED ON THE POLYMER MELT DURING THE FILLING AND PACKING STAGES, WAS SELF-DEVELOPED TO INVESTIGATE THE MORPHOLOGY EVOLUTION AND PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT OF ISOTACTIC POLYPROPYLENE.RESULTS SHOWED THAT TWO KINDS OF SHISH-KEBAB-LIKE CYLINDRULITES WERE ACHIEVED BETWEEN THE TRANSITION LAYER AND THE CORE LAYER FOR THE VIBRATION SAMPLES, AND THEIR MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE WAS GREATLY IMPROVED.
