摘 要: THE LANTHANUM-DOPED TIO2 THIN FILMS ON GLASS SURFACE WERE PREPARED BY SOL-GEL METHOD. THE EFFECT OF RE DOPING WAS STUDIED BY XRDANDAFM . THERE PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITIES WERE EVALUATED BY DEGRADATION OF METHLYNEN BLUE. THE INFLUENCE OF VARIANT DOPING AMOUNT OF LANTHANUM (LA), CALCINATION TEMPERATURE AND THE PH VALUES WERE STUDIED AND ANALYZED THE PHOTOCATALYTIC MECHANISM OF LA-DOPED TITANIA THIN FILMS. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT DOPING WITH OPTIMUM LA COULD RESTRAIN THE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE CHANGING, IMPROVE THE PHOTOCATALYTIC EFFICIENCY AND THE REACTIONS FIX WITH THE FIRST ORDER KINETIC EQUATION. TITANIA DOPED WITH LANTHANUM NITRATE SOLUTION WITH N (LA):N(TIO2)=0.5% WHICH WERE CALCINED UNDER 400 C O EXHIBIT THE HIGHEST PHOTOCATALYTIC EFFICIENCY.
