无油涡旋真空泵参数化设计的研究

摘  要: 清洁的真空环境一直是科学家和企业界追求的理想真空环境。世界上主要的工业国家都在争相发展新一代的清洁真空获得设备。无油真空泵在很多领域已经越来越多的代替了油封式机械泵。无油真空泵目前已经发展到冷凝泵、柱塞泵、爪式泵、涡旋泵以及隔膜泵等多种产品。 无油涡旋真空泵以其清洁度高、运行平稳、节省能源、体积小、重量轻、噪音低等特点一经推出就获得了广泛的应用。但由于其在研制、设计、加工、制造过程中的技术问题,目前国内还没有厂家生产。研制符合中国市场要求的无油涡旋真空泵填补国内空白就成为国内科技工作者的重要任务。 本课题结合导师开发无油涡旋真空泵的项目,建立了无油涡旋真空泵计算机参数化设计模型,在无油涡旋真空泵关键零件设计与载荷计算方法,以及传动系统的动平衡方面作了较深入地研究。 文中首先对无油涡旋真空泵的设计理论进行研究,讨论了无油涡旋真空泵目前主要的结构形式、以及涡旋型线理论;关键零件的设计、制造方法,及设计时需要注意的事项。 针对无油涡旋真空泵的结构特点,将无油涡旋真空泵的传动机构转化为一平行四杆机构,采用二次平衡的方法,对其动平衡的方法进行研究,推导出质心位置方程,及完全动平衡无油涡旋真空泵的条件公式。 在动平衡等基本参数计算的基础上,利用GRIP语言建立基于UG实体设计软件的无油涡旋真空泵的三维参数驱动模型,输入主要的建模参数,通过参数关联计算,自动建立参数最优的无油涡旋真空泵的三维模型,利用前面的动平衡推导方程结合GRIP语言的实体属性计算函数使生成的模型自动实现动平衡,并且为满足设计的需要,允许生成的模型在UG环境下进行手动修改,软件实现了无油涡旋真空泵的自动化设计,提高了设计的� As a kind of ideally vacuum environment, oil-free vacuum environment is needed urgently by the business organization and scientist. In many developed countries, such as America, Japan, oil-sealing vacuum pumps have been replaced by scroll vacuum pump in more and more fields.there are many kinds of oil-free vacuums in the market such as cryo vacuum pump piston vacuum pump scroll vacuum pump and membrane vacuum pump. Therefore, with high cleanness, simple structure, smaller size and low noise, the scroll vacuum pump is welcome in the field of oil-free vacuum obtainment. Although many manufacturers have been researched on this pump in our state, there is no one having the ability to produce the pump. Developing oil-free scroll vacuum pump which meet the need of state is the duty of internal scientists. My thematic task is to design a whole involute oil-free scroll vacuum pump system with parameterization design and feature-based modeling, working in with Supervisor's key item, including vital parts design, dynamic load calculation and dynamic balancing of transmission. Firstly, dissertating the theoy of design of oil-free scroll vacuum pump, two kinds of structe of oil-free scroll vacuum pump, theory of the molded line of scroll pump, keys to manufacturing and cautions in operation of a scroll vacuum pump are generalized, with the design and fabrication of a scroll pump introduced. This paper analyzes the struct of oil-free scroll vacuum pump, look oil-free scroll vacuum pump as four linkage machine,and getting the two-timea balance method, finding the center of mass, the conditions for the complete dynamic balance of roror interial forces and moment of intertia in the rotary piston vacuum pump are put forword. Based on the major element and the theory of dynamic balance of pump,we design the software to create entitative modeling with UG//Open GRIP, realizing interface visual to design and transfering parameters with UG//Open API combined together to realize the parameterized design of oil-free
