板材热轧过程速度场与温度场的耦合数值模拟

摘  要: 板材作为一种工业原材料在国民经济各部门都有着广泛的用途。因而,轧制技术在工业生产中显得极为重要。板材轧制作为轧制技术的核心部分是一个非常复杂的金属变形过程,主要体现在轧件变形区域的速度场与温度场之间的相互作用。为达到模拟轧制变形区真实速度场与温度场的目的,本文探讨了板材轧制过程速度场与温度场的二维和三维的耦合模拟,并对二者进行比较分析。主要内容如下: 1/)建立轧制过程计算模型,并编程计算。在轧件速度场与温度场有限元计算基础上,利用分列咬入单元的方法实现了速度场与温度场的耦合,并运用Fortran语言编制相应的程序,利用某钢厂现场数据,验证了模型的有效性。 2/)分析轧制变形区域的速度场。分别从轧制方向、宽度方向、厚度方向分析了速度场的整体变化趋势,利用相关数据绘出轧制方向、宽度方向、厚度方向的速度场变化曲面,并说明与之相对应的前滑、宽展、压下量的变化情况。 3/)分析轧制变形区域的温度场。对二维与三维耦合计算得出的温度场作比较分析,发现二者整体变化趋势相同,并从轧制方向划分为三个区域,分别为温度升高区、温度继续升高区、温度回落区。 4/)分析轧制力的计算精度。三维耦合计算精度高于二维耦合,二维耦合计算精度高于单纯速度场的计算精度。增加列单元的划分能够提高计算精度。 Flat as an industrial raw material in the national economic departments has a wide range of use. So, rolling technology in industrial production is extremely important. Flat rolling as the core of the rolling technology is a very complicated process of deformation of the metal. The interaction between velocity field and temperature field are mainly reflected in the deformation region. This paper achieved two-dimensional and three-dimensional coupling of the velocity and temperature field in order to arrive the purpose of simulation of true velocity field and temperature field of workpiece, and analysis the differences between the two, the principal tasks are as follows: 1/) Establish the model of rolling process and program to calculate. On the basis of finite element of velocity and temperature field of workpiece, the paper uses the method of biting each row cell step by step to achieve two-dimensional coupling of the velocity field and temperature field, and programs in Fortran language, and confirms the scene dates of a steel. 2/) Analyze the velocity field of the deformation region. Analyze velocity field respectively from rolling, width and thickness direction and the slide, the spread, the reduction corresponded. 3/) Analyze the temperature field of the deformation region. Make the two compared and find that both the overall change in the same trend, and is divided into three regions from the rolling direction which are named the temperature rise, the temperature continues to rise, temperature drop district. 4/) Analyze the precision of rolling force. The precision of three-dimensional coupling is higher than that of two-dimensional. Increasing the row cell is able to improve precision.
