摘　　要： 随着全球经济的飞速发展,市场经济全球化的普及,市场竞争也随着愈演愈烈。采购管理作为供应链管理中的重要的组成部分,是企业生产经营中至关重要环节,在新的竞争环境以及现代的企业管理管理模式下面临着重大的挑战。落后的采购管理已经不能满足企业持续发展的需要。本文从实际出发,结合理论,对BMP公司的采购以及库存管理做深入的研究,从而制定相关的采购策略以及改善目标。 本文从BMP深圳公司的基本情况以及办公自动化行业的基本的情况出发,分析了BMP公司的采购管理、库存管理以及供应商管理等方面存在的问题,找出问题发生的根本原因,并就此提出BMP公司的采购管理、库存管理以及供应商管理相关的改善目标,制定符合实际的策略。 通过对采购管理改善项目相关的ABC分类法的运用,对重点物料的库存和采购采取重点管理,并通过对管理采购成本的分析,供应商分类以及整合,在保证原材料采购质量的基础上,使BMP公司原材料的月平均库存由12,679,060元下降到10,949,986元,降低了1,700,000元,月库存周转率由原来的0.52升至0.7，同时,月采购成本降低了240,000元。在降低了公司的库存成本和原材料的采购成本的同时,也减少库存成本对公司流动资金的占用,提高公司产品的成本优势,从而提高BMP公司在国际市场的生存和竞争能力。 同时通过ABC分类法,对所有的物料进行分类并根据其结果对供应商分类,提出了BMP公司供应商管理的新思路,例如整合供应商,和供应商建立战略的伙伴关系等,展望未来,此项工作实施对于BMP公司继续快速和稳定地发展,意义是相当重要的。 With the rapid development of the global economy and the spread of market economic globalization, market competition has become intensive. As an important component of supply chain management, purchasing management is a vital important sector in enterprise production and management, and is under great challenge in the new competitive environment and modern business management pattern. Under-developed purchasing management can no longer meet the needs of sustainable development of enterprises. This article starts from reality and combined with theory, has in-depth study with BMP's procurement and inventory management, so as to formulate a procurement strategy and improvement goals. This paper starts with the basic situation of BMP /(Shenzhen/) Co., Ltd. and the office automation industry, analyzes the problems of purchasing management, inventory management and supplier management, identifies the root causes of them, and then brings up the improvement goals of purchasing management, inventory management and supplier management and formulates the realistic strategy to this firm. Through the use of ABC classification method related to purchasing management improvement project, focus management on key materials'inventory and purchasing management, and the analysis of purchasing cost, the classification and integration of suppliers, reduces the stock of raw materials from RMB12,679,060 to RMB 10,949,986, the reduction is RMB1,700,000, and increases the monthly stock turn-over rate from 0.52 to 0.7 on the basis of the assurance of quality. At the meanwhile, the cost of monthly procurement reduces RMB240,000. With the reduction of the cost of inventory and raw materials procurement, also reduces the cash flow occupation by the cost of inventory, as to enhance the cost advantage of the products, thereby enhancing the survival and competitive ability of BMP in international market.
