摘　　要： 我国是一个历史悠久的统一的多民族国家,少数民族和民族地区的发展对于维护祖国的统一,保证社会的稳定,促进和谐社会的建设有着至关重要的作用。民族问题处理是否得当事关全国的整体发展水平和长远发展。而我国民族政策的形成和发展不是孤立的,而是中国共产党历代领导集体在不同的历史时期把马克思主义的基本原理与中国的民族实际相结合所制定和发展的,有其自身的发展轨迹和规律可循。因此,认真研究民族政策的历史发展,分析问题与原因,总结经验与教训,指导民族工作实践,有着十分重要的意义。 本文一共分为四章: 第一章主要介绍了选题的背景,分析了该选题的研究目的和意义,并总结了国内外研究现状,指出了研究的不足之处。同时,从概念的界定到相关理论的介绍详细阐述了本文研究的理论基础,最后简要概括了本文的主要研究方法; 第二章详细阐述了建国后我国民族政策的演进过程,简要概括了我国民族政策发展的四个基本特点,并总结了我国民族政策发展的历史经验; 第三章主要对我国民族政策进行了深入思考,阐述了我国民族政策的基本原则和主要内容,指出现行民族政策存在的问题,针对这些民族问题产生的原因进行了探究,从经济、政治和思想文化三个方面具体分析了这些问题产生的原因; 第四章主要针对第三章指出的民族政策问题,对我国现行的民族政策进行了现实思考,给出了四个方面的改进意见,希望能为我国民族政策的制定和实施提供一些有益的参考和建议。 China is a multinational state with long history.The development of minoritiesandminority areas is essential in Safeguard national unification,ensuring social stability andpromoting the construction of harmonious society.Whether the ethnic issue handled wellrelated to the overall development of the national level and longterm development. And theformation and development of our national policy is not isolated,but has its own developmentpath and law to follow . The leadership of Chinese Communist Party in different historicalperiods combined the basic principles of Marxism with China's national reality to form ournational policy. Therefore, it is of great significanceto research in the historical developmentof national policies, to analyse problems and reasons, to sum up experience and lessons ,andto guide national work practice. This article is divided into four chapters. ChapterΙintroduces the background of the topic, analysis of the purpose andsignificance of the research topics, and has summarized the research, points out theshortcomings of the study. At the same time, described the theoretical basis for this study indetail from concept definition to theory introduction,and finally gives a brief summary of themain methods of this article; Chapter II has described the evolution of our national policy after the founding of ourcountry in detail,gives a brief summary of four basic characteristics of the development of ournational policy, and summarizes the experiences of the historical development of our nationalpolicy; Chapter III mainly makes a deep thinking of our national policy , explained the basicprinciples and main content of our national policy, stated the problems that exist in nationalpolicy, study the causes of these problems, from economic, political and ideological point ofview; For the previous problems, Chapter IV makes a realistic thinking of China's currentnational policy, gives improvements in four areas, and hope to provide some useful referenceand proposal for our national policy formulation and implementation.
