内置永磁NSSN排列磁化器在柴油机上的应用研究

摘  要: 汽车能源消耗和尾气排放造成的能源需求和环境保护的压力越来越大,也成为当前值得研究的问题,实现车辆的节能减排有非常重要的意义。磁场作为广泛存在于自然界的能量场,人们对其的认识逐渐提高,磁处理技术也已得到广泛应用。但是磁处理技术究竟能否在发动机燃油上应用并起到节能减排的效果还处在研究阶段。内置永磁NSSN排列磁化器在磁场分布上具有不可比拟的优势,且其在柴油机上的应用未得到研究。所以,本文通过理论分析和台架试验研究了内置永磁NSSN排列磁化器在柴油发动机上的应用,验证了磁处理技术在柴油发动机上的节能减排效果。首先,本文对磁化燃油机理进行了讨论,研究了磁场对燃油分子的作用,分析了相关的燃油理化性能评定参数,主要包括表面张力、粘度、密度这几个方面。 其次,分析内置永磁NSSN排列磁化器的静态磁路参数和结构特点,应用有限元仿真软件ANSYS分析内置永磁NSSN排列磁化装置的磁力线、磁通密度和磁场强度的分布及其影响因素,从磁场分布角度对比其他结构磁化装置体现所用磁化装置的优势。 再次,论文主要针对燃油理化性质参数,试验研究经内置永磁NSSN排列磁化器磁化后对燃油部分性能参数的影响,研究相关性能参数变化对发动机的影响。选用悬滴法试验研究了常温下流经多磁极磁场的燃油表面张力,分析表面张力的变化对燃油燃烧的影响。选用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定了常温下流经多磁极磁场后燃油分子结构方面的变化,分析其变化对燃油燃烧的影响。通过GT-POWER软件仿真分析密度参数的变化对发动机性能的影响。 最后,进行装有内置永磁NSSN排列磁化器的柴油发动机台架试验,在柴油发动机台架上设定不同工况测定负荷特性和油门在某一定位置时的速度特性,对比分析台架上安装内置永磁NSSN排列磁化装置对柴油发动机经济和排放性能的影响。 Energy consumption and tail exhaust make the pressure of Energy demand and environmental protection bigger and bigger, also are the problem of deserving notice. How to realize energy conservation and environmental protection on vehicle has important meaning. People are more familiar with magnetism which exists widely in nature. Magnetic technology have used extensively,but the apply of Magnetic technology on engine in order to save energy and release exhaust is still being studied, interior permanent magnet and NSSN arrangement magnetizer have incomparable advantage in the magnetic field diribution, and the apply of it on the diesel engine hasn’t been studied. So the paper studied the application of interior permanent magnet and NSSN arrangement magnetizer on diesel engine by theoretical analysis and test research, proved the result of energy saving and emission reduction when Magnetic technology is applied on diesel engine. Firstly, the paper studied further mechanism of magnetizing burning oil, studied the effect when magnetic field acted on burning oil molecule, and analysed physicochemical property evaluation parameters of diesel oil including surface tension. Then, analysed the relevant parameters of static magnetic path and structural features of interior permanent magnet and NSSN arrangement magnetizer, reasarched the distribution of magnetic line of force, magnetic flux density and magnetic field intensity in magnetizer and effect factor by use of finite element simulation software ANSYS, from the standpoint of magnetic field diribution analysed the goodness of the magnetizer, compared to the other magnetizer. Once more, studied the affect of relevant physicochemical property of diesel oil after flowing interior permanent magnet and NSSN arrangement magnetizer based on test,selected hanging drop method and assaied surface tension after diesel oil flowed through multi-polar magnetizer in room temperature, studied that variance in surface tension reacted on upon combustion. Assaied the variance in molecular structure of diesel oil which have flowed through multi-polar magnetizer by FTIR spectrometer and studied influence on combustion. Researched influence on engine because of the change of density through GTPOWER soft. Finally, tested load pattern on various working condition and speed characteristic when accelerator was in the certain position and researched the influence on economy and emission performance of the diesel engine after fixing interior permanent magnet and NSSN arrangement magnetizer on diesel engine.
