摘 要: 随着国内北京、上海、广州等大型航空枢纽港的确立,国内航空公司都采用了网络化的航线结构。这种辐射型的航线网络最大的好处是无需增加航班就可以使更多的城市有了空中航线联络,这需要对整个航线网络进行收益管理,其管理结果的好坏,直接与航空公司货运的效益和名誉得失相关联。 收益管理系统是借助计算机技术,综合运用概率与数理统计、运筹学、预测和决策技术、古典微观经济学等学科,努力实现在合适的时间把合适的产品以合适的价格销售给合适的客户,以获得最大收益的销售管理系统。对航空货运而言,收益管理是指运用预测和优化等手段,将其经营的航班货运舱位,以最合适的价格出售,使企业的整体收益获得最大的一种管理思想。 伴随着南方航空货运逐步向网络化、国际化的方向发展,如何应用先进的收益管理思想,提升网络收益,值得深入关注和研究。本文通过对南航目前的货运中转服务操作流程及经营情况进行分析,挖掘出当前中转业务中普遍存在的问题,找出问题存在的原因。然后根据收益管理的理论和思想,在目前南方航空已经实现需求预测和等级舱位运价销售模式的基础上,利用线性规划的方法建立航空货运网络收益模型,通过优化舱位分配实现航班收益最大化的目标。建模完成后,还将模型应用于南方航空货运经营的实际情况中,通过分析、比较模型使用前的航班收益和模型使用后的航班收益,检验模型的使用效果。旨在进一步提高南方航空货运网络收益管理水平。 As the fulfillment of large hub like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, domestic airlines all use the Hub and Spokes route network. The advantage of this network is it can connect more cities without increasing flight. We have to do revenue management work, and the result directly link to the benefit and fame of the airline. Revenue management is a marketing management system to gain the maximum revenue, which use computer technology and probability mathematical statistics, operational research, forecast and decision-making technology, classical microeconomics such subject to achieve the target of sale the right product to the right customer at the right price and right time. For air cargo industry, revenue management is a management ideology to achieve the maximum revenue, which use forecast and optimizing such method to sale the cargo space of the flight at the right price. China Southern airlines will become more internationally with the sound network, therefore we have to take effort to use the revenue management theory to increase the network revenue. This article firstly introduces cargo transfer service of China Southern Airlines, analyzing the operation process and present situation, then pointing out the problem exist. According to the theory of revenue management, China Southern Airlines has already implement demand forecasting and class space control. This article uses linear programming methods to establish air cargo network revenue model, optimizing the space allocation to maximize earnings. Then applying this model to actual situation, analyzes and compares effect of this model to improve China southern air cargo network revenue management level.
