摘　　要： 产业集群是我国中小企业的重要组织形式,如何有效的借助信息化手段带动集群企业和整个产业集群的发展,是值得政府、企业以及学术界普遍关注的问题。SaaS/(Software as a Service,软件即服务/)模式从一开始就与注重“成本低,见效快”的中小企业联系在一起,但也面临着通用的软件实例与企业需求各不相同的矛盾。由于集群企业地理位置集中,经营范围和业务流程具有很大的相似性,产业集群有着较为统一的信息化需求,因此产业集群是SaaS模式的最佳应用对象。 本文首先探讨了SaaS模式在产业集群中的适用性,提出了产业集群信息化解决方案——“基于SaaS模式的产业集群协同商务平台”。分析了集群企业应用信息系统的典型场景和信息化需求,根据产业集群的现状选择第三级SaaS架构成熟度模型作为平台的系统架构,从而得出SaaS模式产业集群协同商务平台的基本框架。在此框架基础上,从最为关键的两个方面——可配置性与安全性,进行平台设计。 在平台设计过程中,本文改进了预分配字段数据扩展模式,以此实现了平台数据的可配置。在对平台进行原子功能分解和功能集设计的同时,将其与系统菜单进行关联定义,从而实现了平台功能可配置与界面可配置。然后使用角色访问控制模型进行平台的权限管理,并运用系统日志记录,共同构建了平台的应用安全。此外,本文给出了数据库安全连接方案与关键数据加密方案,以此保障平台的数据安全。 最后,本文针对一个精细化工产业集群的实际需求,分析了基于SaaS模式的产业集群协同商务平台在应用中所涉及的问题,阐述了平台的运作机制和实施效益。 基于SaaS模式的产业集群协同商务平台研究,为产业集群提供了一个切实可行的信息化解决方案,对促进以产业集群信息化带动中小企业信息化具有现实意义。 The industry cluster is an important organization form of SME /(small and middle-sized enterprises/) in China. How to effectively develop the clustered enterprise and the whole industry clusters through informationization is worthy of being paid attention to by the government, enterprise and academic circle. SaaS, on the one hand, associates with some SMEs that emphasizing“low cost, quick return”; on the other hand, it faces the contradiction between single software examples and various demands of enterprises. The clustered enterprises locate centralizedly, their business scope and process have great similarity, and they have a unified informational demand. Therefore, the industry cluster is the best application object of SaaS. Through analyzing on the current informationization and demand of industry clusters, the thesis put forward the solutions of“collaborative commerce platform of industry clusters based on the SaaS model”, discusses on the key technologies and strategies involving in the establishment of practical, flexible and safe SaaS model. The thesis firstly introduces and analyses the development and application of SaaS model and the informationnization’s status quo and demand of industry clusters, and expatiates on the availability of applying the SaaS model to the information-based industry clusters. Based on the characteristics of industry clusters’collaborative commerce platform of SaaS model, we then design the system from configurability and security, try to achieve platform data configurable, function configurable and interface configurable, and ensure the reliability of the system and safety of the users’data storage. Finally, we discuss on the operation mechanism and application benefit through a practical case. The study on the collaborative commerce platform of industry cluster based on the SaaS model provides a practical informationized solution for the industry cluster, which has some realistic significance in promoting the informationization of SMEs through the informationization of the industry cluster.
