摘　　要： 随着信息技术的高速发展,全球化、融合化、集群化的移动信息产业链正在形成。本文从移动信息产业链的演进出发,基于信息服务的需求融合和生产融合,分析了产业链上各类主体在产业融合过程中空间组织发展趋势,并将移动信息产业集群划分设备制造类、技术研发类、数字内容类、应用开发类、信息服务外包类等五种类型,分析了各类集群的特点和发展趋势。最后,基于产业集群发展过程中企业之间、政府与企业之间、地方政府之间的博弈格局和各类型产业集群的特点,提出了我国移动信息产业集群发展的整体策略和各类集群发展的具体策略。 With the rapid development of information technology, mobile information industry chain is emerging. Starting from the evolution of mobile information industry chain, this paper analyzes the trend of the spatial organization of industry based on demand integration and production integration of information service. The paper divides the mobile information industry into five types: equipment manufacturing, technical research and development, digital content development, application development, information services outsourcing, and analyze the characteristics and trends of various clusters. Finally, this paper proposes the overall strategy for China's mobile information industry cluster development and specific strategies for various types of cluster development, based on the features of various clusters and the game structure among enterprises and local governments in the industry clusters development process.
