Mn~(2+)掺杂水溶性量子点的合成及性质

摘  要: 量子点由于具有优异的光学特性,而广泛用于发光二极管、激光器和生物标记。目前,有机溶剂中合成的量子点荧光效率高、单分散性好,并且结晶度好。但是水溶液合成量子点由于步骤简单,成本低,毒性低而越来越受到人们的广泛关注。 我们以硫代甘油作为稳定剂在二甲基亚砜中合成了水溶性的CdS和锰掺杂的CdS量子点/(CdS:Mn/),并且通过改变前驱反应物的浓度来研究不同反应条件对所合成的量子点的性质的影响。最终得到荧光效率大约3/%左右的CdS:Mn量子点,结果表明通过掺杂,可以有效的改善量子点的光学特性。并且在10k时,测出CdS:Mn量子点具有较弱的铁磁性。 我们又在水溶液中分别以半胱氨酸和硫代甘油作为稳定剂合成ZnS和ZnS:Mn量子点。并且通过改变前驱反应物的浓度和pH值等条件对合成工艺进行探索,测试结果表明所合成的ZnS:Mn量子点在紫外灯下有明显荧光,但是由于工艺不成熟,合成的量子点的水溶性仍有待改善。 Quantum dots have received enormous attention because of their excellent optical properties and they are widely used in light-emitting diodes, lasers and biological labels At present, quantum dots synthesized in organic solvents are high quantum yield, monodispersity and good crystallinity. However, quantum dots synthesized in aqueous solution is receiving increasing attention.as a result of simplification, low cost and non-toxicity. We synthesized water-soluble CdS and CdS: Mn quantum dots with TGL capped in DMSO, and study the properties depend on reaction conditions by changing the precursor concentration. We have synthesized CdS: Mn quantum dots with quantum yield about 3/%. The result shows that doping can effectively improve the optical properties of quantum dots. And we found CdS: Mn quantum dots have weak ferromagnetism. The author also synthesized ZnS and ZnS: Mn quantum dots in aqueous solution with cysteine and 1-thioglycerol. And optimize the route by changing the precursor concentration and pH value. Results showes that the quantum dot synthesized in aqueous solution have apparent, narrow photoluminescence .But the water solubility of ZnS:Mn quantum dots is still unsatisfactory due to the imperfect method.
