摘　　要： 目前我国企业技术创新正处于蓬勃发展的时期,前景十分广阔。随着自主创新成为我国企业获取核心竞争力的最重要手段,自主创新的作用也开始被中国企业界所认识、所重视。由于受到发展水平的限制,在我国企业技术创新活动中,模仿创新通常会占到很大一部分,模仿创新依然是我国企业技术创新活动中最重要的一个环节。在面对众多模仿企业时,自主创新企业如何选择市场竞争策略是我国自主创新企业技术创新过程中,经常会遇到的问题；而对于那些依然处于技术模仿期的后进企业,选择何种途径获取技术,常常成为企业决策者面临的一道难题。 本文利用博弈论思想,根据现实中,创新企业与后进企业的实际状况及遇到的问题,建立三个模型,并通过模型求解,分析了具体的策略选择依据。其中第一个模型基于技术创新周期的发展期,结合微观经济学、创新经济学相关理论,从企业创新利润的角度出发,分析了创新企业在创新成功后的发展期初期,面对后进企业时的对策。第二个模型则是从长期市场的角度出发,以第一个模型为基础,研究了在整个技术创新生命周期下,创新企业如果通过正确的策略选择实现企业的利润最大化,以及后进企业如何正确选择合作生产与模仿创新。第三个模型则是从专利费用的角度出发,研究了当领先企业与后进企业在技术创新周期初期选择了合作创新的情况下,拥有专利权的领先企业如何保障利益最大化,进而分析了专利费用对渐进式创新的影响,同时分析了后进企业的发展路径。 At present, enterprises' technical innovation in our country's is being in a vigorous developing.Period,the prospect is very broad. Along with the self innovation become an important way for our contry's enterprises gaining core-outvie,the function and the role of self innovation start to be recognized and paied attention by the Chinese business community. Nowadays, restricted by the draggle of the development of technical, in the total of the enterprises' innovation,the innovation imitation still occupy the very major part,innovation imitation still is the most important part in the enterprises' innovation in our country.Facing many immitation enterprices,self innovationenterprice offent get into the puzzle about how to choose market compete strategy.And for those enterprices which still get behind the precursor they must find a way to learn new technical,which can help them catch up with the leading enterprices. This paper based on the game theory idea, according to innovative enterprises and backward business problems encountered in the actual situation in the real world,I establish three models, and through the model solving, analy the basis of specific strategic choices. The first model is based on the development time in the cycle period of technological innovation,and combined with micro-economics, innovation and economics-related theories, innovation and profit from the enterprise point of view, analyzing the success of innovative enterprises in the innovation and development after the initial period, when face zhe backward enterprises response. The second model uses a model based on researching over the entire life cycle of technology innovation from the long-term market perspective, studying the innovation enterprises how to choose the right strategy if adopted to achieve corporate profit maximization, as well as backward enterprises on how to correctly Select co-production of innovation and imitation. The third model study from patent fees to know when the leading enterprises and backward enterprises in technology innovation cycle choice the case of collaborative innovation, they how to protect the interests of leading companies to maximize, then analysis the patent Charges on the impact of incremental innovation,as well as the development path of backward enterprises.
